Friday, May 23^rd - We will meet at the Orlando International airport at 8:00 AM

            Departing Flight – Orlando – Delta 876, 10 AM, arrive 11:29 AM Atlanta,

transfer to Delta 4399 operated by Atlantic Southeast, depart 1:29 arrive 2:30 PM Milwaukee

Monday, May 26^th - Departing Flight – Milwaukee 1:52 PM,  Delta 5553, operated by

Comair; arrive Cincinnati 4:10 PM, depart Delta 1245 at 4:40 PM, arrive Orlando 6:42 PM

We’ll rent a mini van upon arrival in Milwaukee and then drive to the hotel to check in.  The tournament provides transportation to the debate sites. 

Itinerary

Friday, May 23^rd is a travel and registration day.  We’ll rent a mini van upon arrival in Milwaukee and then drive to the hotel to check in.  We will do some sightseeing downtown if time permits and then practice for the tournament.  I will take care of registration and go over some things with the students and get to bed.

Saturday, May 24^th – Sunday, May 25^th  

            Tournament:  Students will be competing all day.  When they are not competing they will be watching other competitors. 

            They will be provided with lunch on Saturday by the tournament.  The rest of their meals we will eat out around the hotel and tournament sites. 

Monday, May 26^th  

Travel day.  We will have to leave the hotel by 10 AM to get to Milwaukee in time for our flight.

We will be renting a car for travel purposes from airport and around the city. 

Itinerary

Saturday, June 14^th is just a travel day.  If we feel up to it, we may go do a little sight seeing but it will be mostly just a settle in day. 

Sunday, June 15^th is registration and sightseeing.  I will register us first thing in the morning.  We will do some sightseeing around lunch time until early evening.  We really have made no decisions at this time as to what we will go see, or if there is anything to see.  We’ll prep for the tournament after dinner. 

Monday, June 16^th – Friday, June 21^st  

            Tournament:  Students will be competing all day.  When they are not competing they will be watching other competitors.  If they have a long break, they are allowed to return to the hotel to rest if a chaperone is free from judging to take them. 

            Most meals will be on the run in between rounds.  We will also eat out around the hotel and tournament sites.  We will hopefully be having a great celebration dinner Friday night.

Saturday, June 21^st

This is a travel day.  If we feel like getting up very early, we might get in a little sight seeing but it is doubtful.  We will leave for the airport around 10:30 AM to return the rental car.
